Project Description

The Colony is a proposed 80 unit condominium development at 627 E. Mifflin Street. The condominium building has been designed to comply with the proposed East Washington Avenue Build Plan and ranges in height from 3 stories along E. Mifflin to seven stories at the rear lot line. The three story elevation consists of a series of rowhouses with individual entries enhancing the streetscape. A landscaped courtyard also opens onto the street and provides pedestrian access to the entry lobby and the floor levels above. The exterior building materials are proposed to be all masonry. The 80 condominiums will consist of 48 one-bedroom condominiums and 32 two bedroom condominiums and will vary in size and design to provide a range of housing options and prices. Two levels of parking are provided at the basement and first floor levels with a total of 93 parking stalls.
