Gorman & Company, a Madison-based real estate development company, has been working with the Old Market Place and Tenney-Lapham neighborhood associations for feedback regarding its planned redevelopment of the 800 block of East Washington Avenue prior to submitting its request for PUD/GDP in early December. As part of this continuing process, Sharon Chamberlain, Chamberlain Research Consultants, will facilitate discussion of the three top issues as indicated on Gorman & Company’s recent neighborhood survey.

Interested participants may focus on any or all issues. These issues, and their respective time slots, are as follows:

9:00 – 9:45: traffic management issues
10:00 – 11:00: site mix/uses
11:15 – 12:15: height and density issues
12:45 – 1:45: design issues
